The Plan for High-volume Calling

If you spend $3,000 to $5,000 on your monthly long distance needs, SimpleOptions has a per-minute rate that fits your business. The higher your monthly commitment, the lower your rate.

Call to Order:  888-481-0387

Benefits

  • Offers two minimum spending levels (MSLs). The higher your MSL, the lower your rate.
  • Bills one flat per-minute rate for outbound domestic calls (1+ dialing) and inbound toll-free calls (direct-dialed) (in-state rates may be higher)
  • Includes additional discounts with optional one-year and three-year term agreements
  • Combines local and long distance calls onto one bill when Verizon is your local service telephone company

Features

  • Provides a single per-minute rate on long distance calls, 24 / 7
  • Lets you reduce your MSL by one level, once per bill cycle, without penalty

Additional Product Info

With our SimpleOptions Calling Plan, you get:

  • A rate of 4.4¢ or less per minute for direct-dialed state-to-state calls
  • Competitive per-minute rates for direct-dialed in-state long distance calls (please contact a Verizon account representative for the rates)
  • Calls rated in six-second increments with an 18-second minimum
  • Contribution of all your long distance usage towards the MSL you select

You also get the same low per-minute rate for all your state-to-state inbound toll-free calls. And if you’re switching from another carrier, you can keep your current toll-free number.

You’ll be charged an early termination fee if you cancel your SimpleOptions plan before the end of the agreed-upon term. This early termination charge is 35% of your MSL commitment multiplied by the number of months remaining in the term of the agreement.

You’ll also be charged your MSL commitment even if your long distance usage is less than this commitment.

SimpleOptions customers can reduce their MSL commitment by one level, once in a bill cycle, without incurring a penalty.

Calling card calls carried and billed by Verizon are just 36¢ per minute. Calling card calls are 34¢ with the one-year term plan and 31¢ with the three-year term plan. The Verizon long distance calling card is available to businesses that choose Verizon for their long distance service.

Long distance services are provided by Verizon Enterprise Solutions (VES). Only charges imposed by VES contribute to the MSL, including charges for direct-dialed regional and long distance toll calls, operated-assisted calls, VES calling card long distance calls, and charges under international calling plans and toll-free service. Charges imposed by other Verizon affiliates, including your local Verizon telephone company, do not contribute to the MSL. Charges such as taxes, Universal Service Fund (USF) surcharges, presubscribed inter-exchange carrier charges, pay phone charges, early termination charges, nonrecurring charges and calling card usage (carried by a carrier other than VES) also do not contribute to the MSL. A shortfall charge, equal to the difference between the MSL and the actual amount spent on long distance charges, will apply for each month that you do not reach your MSL in that month.

All calling card charges will appear on your local phone company bill. Applicable per-call surcharges may apply. A 50¢ surcharge will apply to all calls placed from a domestic pay phone. International calls that terminate to wireless phones or premium services may incur additional charges. Additional charges, taxes, surcharges and restrictions apply. Detailed pricing information will be available when you place your order.
