Customer Qualifying Info and Plan Information*
ONE-BILL® is available only to business customers who receive local service from Verizon and wireless service from Verizon Wireless.
- You must not have an outstanding balance and you must have good payment history.
- You must not have a security deposit, credit limit, or toll cap.
- You must be authorized to request this change on both your local and Verizon Wireless accounts.
- You will need to terminate any electronic payment plan set up through your bank or other financial institution. Payment plans set up through Verizon Wireless will be automatically cancelled.
After you are enrolled, you may register with www.verizon.com for Online Bill Presentation and Payment of your ONE-BILL® account. If you are already registered with www.verizon.com, your consolidated bill will be available for viewing within two to three billing cycles of approved enrollment. Long distance services provided by Verizon Long Distance or Verizon Enterprise Solutions are not available in all areas. Services originating in, or private line, toll-free, or equivalent services terminating in Alaska currently not available. ONE-BILL® is currently available in all states where Verizon local service is offered.
