- Toll-Free Service-Sign up and enjoy a discounted rate on every call.
- You can also save on the cost of individual calling features when you add a calling feature package to Verizon Freedom for Business. Verizon Freedom Feature Package 1 includes Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, and Three-Way Calling. Choose one, two, or all three for the same low price.
- Or select Verizon Freedom Feature Package 2 and get both Voice Messaging and Caller ID when you add Voice Messaging to your Freedom package. Forward calls to your voicemail and check your mailbox as often as you like without incurring any local usage charges normally associated with voice messaging.
- Verizon's reliable voice messaging service continues to operate during most power failures. And you can include both Call Forwarding-Busy and Call Forwarding-Don't Answer service for no extra charge.

Verizon Freedom for Business consists of direct-dialed unlimited local usage, unlimited regional toll calls, and unlimited domestic long distance calls. This means you can talk to anyone in the domestic U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin and Northern Marianna Islands, as often as business demands for a low set monthly rate plus local line charges.
How to Get Started
It's easy to place your order online. You'll be asked to make the following selections:
- Select one of these qualifying local phone-service options:
- Business Lines-Phone lines that provide access to local, regional toll, and long distance calling.
- CustoPAK® - Turns your single and multiline telephones into an efficient communications system for up to 30 employees.
- Centrex® Systems-Give you the calling features your business needs and eliminate the demands of a stand-alone office phone setup.
- Select Verizon as your regional toll provider. Enjoy unlimited regional toll calling to areas that are outside your local calling area but not quite long distance.
- Select Verizon as your Long Distance provider and get unlimited long distance on direct-dialed calls anywhere in the U.S.

Verizon Freedom for Business is compatible with the following long distance services:
- Toll Free: For a low monthly fee and a highly competitive 6¢per-minute rate for inbound calls, you can expand your geographic scope by offering your customers a toll-free number to reach you.
- International Calling Plans: For businesses without borders, our Talk to the World Calling Plan offers you calling capability to almost anywhere in the world for a low monthly fee and competitive per-minute rates.

High Speed Internet for Business
Qualifying plans and lines only. All services must be billed to same Verizon business telephone number. You must select and retain Verizon as your local and regional toll provider and Verizon Enterprise Solutions or Verizon Long Distance as your long distance service provider. Universal Service Fees, taxes, and other charges apply. Package not available with all services or in all locations. Direct-dialed domestic local, regional toll, and long distance voice calls only. Prices do not include local line charges. Available only to customers with 25 voice lines or fewer; maximum of 10 packages per customer. Billing call detail not provided on lines with Verizon Freedom for Business. Freedom packages are not available with the following services: FlexGrow, ISDN Basic, ISDN Primary, Remote Call Forwarding, Auto Universal Call Distribution (ACD/UCD), PBX Trunks, Foreign Exchange Service Foreign Central Office service, Corporate Rewards and COPT. If you choose a Verizon Freedom for Business plan with a term agreement and cancel the service after 60 days but before the end of the agreement, an early-termination and liability fee will apply (25% of the monthly charge for the remaining term period). Verizon Freedom for Business one-year term plan will automatically renew for an additional one-year term at the end of the term agreement unless either party provides notice within 60 days of the renewal date that it does not wish to extend the agreement for a new term. Other restrictions apply.
