Important Information for Small Business Customers

Verizon to transition My Account functionality to new My Business Account platform

Over a period of weeks beginning September 1st, Verizon will transfer all current "My Account" functions for our small business customers to a new "My Business Account" portal. The new
"My Business Account" portal will provide small business customers with everything they have today and more, including:

  • A single portal to view and pay all Verizon bills and conduct account maintenance
  • Simple overview page to see and manage services in place today - and any added in the future
  • Company User options to control who has access to what services

Customers should continue to log in to http://www.verizon.com/myaccount as they do today to enjoy the enhancements to their online account management experience. Redirection to the new
"My Business Account" portal is automatic. (It should be noted that customers will be asked to re-establish their User IDs and passwords for security and authentication purposes the first time they are redirected to the My Business Account portal.)
